Spine Surgery

Quote from Guest on August 13, 2019, 6:30 pmAbsolutely a risk with all the computer surgical planning done by the reps for placement of pedicle screws. All the other areas the reps are made responsible for doing. One of the lowest paying medical jobs with entry level reps. Many who have never been in Spine, or the Operating Room, or Medical.
Entry level managers who couldn’t hack it in a real sales rep role. No real leadership with Mazor Robotics. Horrible managers.

I would agree. The reps and their managers are all beginners with a lot of critical risky responsibilities.

Quote from Guest on November 25, 2019, 4:18 pmHas to be the worst middle and upper management I’ve seen in medical device. Reps novices, at best, acting as reps. Corp discrimination and reverse discrimination is par for the course. No leaders. Toxic. Enormous amounts of risk placed on these novice middle managers and their newb reps/case fluffers. On just about every case these reps plan the placement of screws, and handle extremely critical activities bf and surging the spine procedure. If something is missed it could paralyze or kill the patient.
